Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit fambf.com or contact FAMBF. We keep data collection to a minimum, we do not build advertising profiles, and we never sell your data.

1. Controller

The party responsible for processing personal data on this website is Pavlo Filianov (FAMBF — Framework for Automated, Mandate-Backed Finance). Email: pavlo@fambf.com. The full postal address is listed in the Legal Notice.

2. What we collect and why

We process only the data needed to run this site, to schedule calls you ask for, and to answer your messages. The categories below describe each case.

3. Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When a page loads, the server automatically records technical data for security and stability: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring URL, and your browser and operating system. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in secure, reliable delivery (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel acts as our processor; any transfer to the USA is covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Booking a discovery call

If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Cal.com, Inc. (USA). To arrange the call we process the name and email you enter, the time you choose, and the answers you give to the booking questions (for example, what you trade and your account-size range). Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a possible engagement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); optional answers rest on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). This data is used only to prepare and hold the call.

If you write to pavlo@fambf.com, we process your address and the content of your message to reply and handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Email is operated through Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd.).

6. Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly tool that reports aggregate statistics such as page views and approximate country. It works without cookies and does not build profiles of individual visitors or identify you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

This website sets no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies of its own.

9. Recipients

Personal data may be processed by the following providers, each under a data-processing agreement or its own privacy terms: Vercel (hosting and analytics, USA), Cal.com (booking, USA), and Google (email and fonts, Ireland/USA).

10. Retention

Server logs are kept only briefly for security. Booking and contact data are kept as long as needed to handle your request and to meet any statutory retention periods, then deleted.

11. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email pavlo@fambf.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority; in Austria, this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).

12. Encryption

This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS/TLS connection.

13. Changes

We may update this policy as the site or the applicable law changes. The current version, dated above, always applies.
